We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. The refundable pet deposit is $500. No pet rent!

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. A copy of your lease will be required for those renting from a private landlord. We understand that most students do not have an income source therefore we have your parent cosign the lease. They do not need to apply!

- Age Requirement: To ensure your pet is settled and house-trained, all dogs must be at least one year of age or older.
- Breed Guidelines: For the safety of our community and in accordance with insurance requirements, we cannot move forward with breeds traditionally classified as aggressive.
- Refundable Deposit: A $500 refundable pet deposit is required per pet. This deposit is held to ensure the property remains in excellent condition and will be returned at the end of your lease, provided no pet-related damages occur.
- Please submit a photo of your pet when you fill out the application. Vaccination records may be required.
